In order to facilitate the efficiency of the Emergency Employment Programme (EEP), tools and equipment for cleaning and clearing, and safety equipment were locally procured.

UNDP received 17 brush cutters with harnesses and kits, 24 goggles and 70 traffic cones out of a previous order. These will further assist the National Employment Programme (NEP) with ensuring safe and consistent work around the island.
