Flights To Dominica

Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM) is the larger of Dominica’s two airports, and most visitors will arrive there. Douglas-Charles, located in the north-eastern side of the island, approximately one hour from the city, features a longer runway (5,761 feet) and updated terminal. Canefield Airport (DCF) is 15 minutes from the capital city of Roseau and has a shorter runway.

From Europe

Regular flights operate from several European countries including the U.K., France and the Netherlands to St. Martin, Antigua, Guadeloupe, Barbados, Martinique etc. From these islands, connecting flights can be made through airlines such as Liat, Seaborne, BVI Airlines.

From North America

Several flights operate from various US states directly to nearby islands, several times daily including St. Lucia, Barbados, Antigua and St. Martin. Travelers can therefore easily make connections via Liat and Seaborne to the island.

The most frequently used connection for US visitors is via San Juan, Puerto Rico which serves as a hub for the Caribbean. From Canada, travelers may connect primarily through Antigua, Martinique and Guadeloupe.
